USATF National Junior Olympic Championships


TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY, TX - Mustang Elite wraps up the summer season on the national stage this week.

Dominic Matthias finished the Boys 15-16 3000M in 5th place at the Junior Olympics yesterday with a time of 9:01.33. He started the season with a 9:30.96 and has improved by nearly 30 seconds in the span of a few months!

Both Kemari and Cameron showed up on the dance floor and ran some of their best times

Kemari Southern finished 25th in the boys 13-14 division with a time of 53.80.
Cameron Stuckless finished 39th in the Mens 17-18 division with a 50.18 which is his 2nd-best recorded time

13th in the nation! Kendall Howell finished the 1500M in 13th place at the Junior Olympics with a time of 5:03.95! She was off of making the finals by a second. This is also a HUGE personal record for her. Kendall’s previous best was 21 seconds slower at 5:24.49.

Howell also finished 21st in the 800m with a season-best of 2:25.17!
