Certified Coaches

Who better to help you break records than a track and field pro?

WHAT IS IT?

Mustang Elite’s Elite Team is made up of athletes ages 9-18 years old who are committed to reaching the college level athletically by utilizing access to Oklahoma’s best track and field coaches. We’ll guide you through the same process 20+ of our athletes have taken to receive scholarships for track and field, soccer, football, and other sports. Our practices include personalized training and are incorporated in small event-specific groups starting at the beginning of March and lasting until June/July which are the months of the AAU championship circuit. A typical practice includes a team warm-up and a fundamental workout. Then, our event groups complete a workout guided by our top-tier coaches with strength training to end each day.

May-July is our competition season. Last year we competed in six track meets, three being a part of the AAU championship circuit. Though we strive to dominate at the local, regional, and national levels, our core objective is to foster the personal development of each athlete. After the summer, we want each athlete to walk away with new personal records and a solid understanding of the fundamentals that drive long-term success, both in training and in everyday life.
